Final Cut Pro X has been the app used to edit a short Oscar candidate

One thing that Apple's own applications have always had is that they have been programmed and created to satisfy the most demanding minds. It is true that there are some versions that have been excessive and other versions in which functions that for many were essential have been eliminated, however, Apple on most occasions has listened to its followers and has remedied it.

Today we want to talk to you once more about the professional application for Apple video editing, Final Cut Pro X, an essential application for those of us who are dedicated to video editing either in a amateur or professional

The news we want to tell you is related to a Spanish short film that is a candidate for an Oscar and who calls himself Timecode. The fact is that the star feature of it, for those of us who follow the company on the block, is that it has been edited in its entirety with Final Cut Pro X.

The short film Timecode has been directed by Juanjo Giménez and as time has passed it has become one of the favorites. For this reason, in the 89th edition of the festival that will take place on February 26 at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, he would compete for a statuette.

The Timecode director, not having many funds to shoot it, had to make the recordings in a single weekend and later did the post-production with nothing more and nothing less than Final Cut Pro X and a MacBook Pro of 2008 in conjunction with a 2010 Mac Pro.

As you can see, large capital investments are not necessary to have a final product that can reach very high.
