Find out if your email account has been hacked thanks to "have i been pwned?"

Without a doubt it is more than possible that some of your email accounts suffered a hack or attempt to hack. It is true that it is increasingly difficult for them to obtain our data since most of us are more careful with them, but it is possible that before that any of our email accounts suffered some kind of hack and we without knowing.

This that we do not find out is more frequent than we think or we can even say that sometimes we find out too late, so today we want to share with all of you a website that allows us to see if any of our accounts have been hacked ever, the web is called: have I been pwned?

Have been pwned

With a simple click we will see the sites in which our email account was affected by an attack and we can say that it is really reliable since it even shows the site where it was accessed at the bottom of the web. We simply have to put our email account and wait for the result, in my case unfortunately I have some hacks in places that they actually accessed the data of millions of people: Linkedin and Dropbox included.

Once we have the affected sites what we have to do is solve the problem if we did not do it before, we can change the password, delete the account or whatever we think is appropriate. It is very simple to use and very interesting to keep our email accounts totally clean of possible problems. This is the direct link to the web in case you want to see the possible effects on your email accounts.
