Since the launch of the new 12-inch Macbook, many users have considered buying this device, but the main reason why in the end they do not do it is the only connection available on the Macbook, a USB-C port where you have to connect absolutely everything we want to plug in and connect to our brand new Macbook.

I am neither the first nor will I be the last to claim that maybe Apple has sinned by opting for this one connection on its new MacbookBut right off the bat launching a Mac with a single port for which there are hardly any accessories yet is a bit risky.

The first solution is to buy the dock that Apple offers us at a rather excessive price, although that should not surprise us, but we are already starting with accessories that we must continually carry with us in order to take full advantage of the potential and versatility that it offers us.

If we think that we have no need to buy the dock but if we want to connect it to an external monitor, Lenovo and Acer have just presented at the CES that is being held these days in Las Vegas, multiple monitors with USB-C connection, so that we can connect it to the Macbook without using any type of adapter.

In addition, the monitor supplies power to the laptop so we do not have to worry about running out of battery when we are working with it. Lenovo will offer us two 24-inch monitors with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 for $ 399 and another 27 inches, with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 priced at $ 799.

For its part, Acer, has presented two models of 25 and 27 inches, with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 that will be available in the market from next month and with a starting price of $ 499,99.
