Focus on what's important with DeskCover, free for a limited time

When it comes to working with many applications together, we will most likely end up going a bit crazy, since we do not know which application we have to open or to which we have to go at that moment. Also, if we have a desk full of documents, the confusion that can be generated is capital.

DeskCover is a simple application that allows us to darken the desktop background to focus only on the applications we have open at the time, so that our attention is always will focus on the application we work on, eliminating any other distractions.

But DeskCover does not only focus on darkening the desktop of our Mac so that we can focus on the applications that really matter, but also allows us to make use of another function that comes to us great if we work with two applications together but they are not available on the split screen.

Thanks to the Isolated function, if we have, for example, the email client and the Safari browser open and on the same desktop, every time we use one of the two applications, will partially obscure the other, as we can see in the image that heads this article, in this way we will avoid any distraction.

Another of the functions that this application offers us, allows us to visually eliminate any document that is on the desktop of our Mac, an ideal function that we are working with several documents at the same time while preparing a project, but we want to hide them from the view of whoever can have visual access to our Mac.

DeskCover has a regular price in the Mac App Store of 4,99 euros, but for a limited time, we can download it completely free of charge through the link that I leave at the end of this article. In order to properly enjoy this feature, DeskCover requires macOS 10.10 or later and a 64-bit processor.

Published at 19:00 p.m. and 19:28 p.m., the application is no longer free. Was it ever?

Not available? Instead of criticizing saying that the App has never been free, perhaps it would have been better to report the error it showed, since the plugin that the App shows was not working correctly.
It is already fixed and as you can see, the App is still available for free.
