Honolulu and Kansas City now offer public transportation data on Apple Maps

We continue with the small but progressive expansion and improvements of Apple Maps and this time the improvements for the Maps application are focused on two cities Honolulu and Kansas City. Apple continues to implement improvements in Maps but these are always coming out of our reach even though the company makes efforts to improve Maps worldwide.

The truth is that if you ask Mac or iPhone users they tell you that Google Maps tend to be much more than the Apple application (at least in my environment) but those who use an Apple Watch the thing is already a little more balanced and obviously although it is still something very punctual in terms of use since you have to walk to use it, Apple Maps makes the way little by little.

More and more specific data on the ground is what may be needed in Cupertino to get ahead of Google Maps if it ever ends up happening, but they keep adding improvements and this in the end is what the user cares about.

Clearly Apple Maps follows a rung below Google Maps, but little by little that difference is narrowing although we cannot say that both try to improve their services day by day and obviously Google has an advantage over Apple in Maps for a few years. Throughout this year it is rumored that many more cities will be added where it is expected that some from our country will even be added, but at the moment all this continues its adoption process and we do not expect great changes in the short term, rather to long term.
