Changing the name of our device is usually more than advisable, so that we can identify it more easily, but also to personalize it to our liking, either with our usual nickname or if we have more than one device at our home (Apple TV 3 in the kitchen and Apple TV 4 in the living room) it will not allow the device to be identified more easily to which we want to launch the content through AirPlay.

- We head up Settings.
- Within Settings we go to Apple TV AirPlay
- And now we digest until name and press. We will see several default names such as bedroom, living room, hall, dining room, office, kitchen, etc. If none of them match our needs, we will click on Custom Name and write the name that best suits the place where we have located them.
