Never before has an iTunes update raised so much expectation and that is that one of the most outstanding news of last afternoon yesterday was undoubtedly the launch of Apple Music together with the new iOS 8.4 and OS X 10.10.4. Mac users could not access the service because iTunes was not updated to the version available to support the new streaming service from Apple and during this morning in Spain the new version of iTunes arrived in some countries and little by little this update spread to the rest. With the new version installed on the Mac, any user with an Apple ID will be able to access from your Mac to Apple's new streaming music service.

iTunes 12.2 supports Apple Music and the new radio service of the Cupertino company, Beats 1Also app icon changes to match iOS Apple Music. The radio station Beats 1 offers us music 24 hours a day, seven days a week with several interviews and direct direct to everyone, in addition we are not entirely clear since we continue to mess with the new premium service and the free account, but we believe that b1 does not require a subscription to listen to what is broadcast on it.

At the moment we continue tinkering with this new service and despite the fact that the beginning may seem somewhat complicated due to the novelty and because we are not used to this interface, soon we will get acquainted with it thanks to the upper lashes where they indicate us at all times where we want to look for our music and others. If you have doubts about its use, do not hesitate to leave them in the comments and thus we all help each other to discover all the details of this new Apple service.

The new version of iTunes adds support for Apple's new service and has a size 171 MB, we will find the new version directly accessing the Mac App Store in the updates tab or by clicking on the  logo > App Store ...

Enjoy!

Do you know if at the end of the trial period and renewing the subscription it will allow the music downloaded from Apple Music to be put on an iPod? Now it says that it cannot, but the page highlights that you can carry it on your iPod.
    Thanks in advance.

Hi Álvaro, it won't let you use the app on the iPod?

I don't have an iPod but you shouldn't have a problem with everything downloaded from Apple Music.

      Regards!

Send eggs from Apple that does not allow iTunes 12.2 in Snow Leopard and if it allows it in Windows XP.
