We have all heard about the possible radical change of the interface of the operating system of Apple with the imminent iOS 7, but it is also true that we know little about him and we rely on comments from those who they say they saw it and the vision that we want to give to Jony Ive, since it is he who now takes the reins of the complete iOS system after the departure of Scott Forstall.
For many, I include myself, the hope of what Apple has always been is kept in Jony Ive, this change in the direction of iOS being as risky as it is exciting. And I say risky because currently the 73% of profits of the Apple they are alone about the sales of iPhone's and iPad's with a continuity system that they have maintained since 2007 and this radical change will delight many and disappoint even more. But if Apple is the same, it knows how to expose itself to criticism and take us to its ground, this radical change can be, especially in the iOS interface, a change to attract new users and end up making the loyalists of the brand fall in love, who are many and less and less.
Reinventing iOS.
As we said, we rely on supposedly close sources, who say they have seen and tested the new System that the Cupertino people have prepared for us. Everything indicates that it will be a new system that will be based on mainly visual changes, going from the idea that iOS has taken until now, ceasing to be so excessively intuitive (skeuomorphism) since for Jony Ive this makes him lose a lot of appeal and spatial vision on your iPhone.

But it is also true that Android and even Windows Phone are attacking a lot and getting better and better and despite not improving so much in features and functionalities, that also, they are giving their all with their mobile interfaces, having little to envy to iOS. To all this, whether or not you like Jny Ive's iOS 7, we must add a great "inconvenience" to which developers are possibly not used to (we already saw it in the change in screen resolution of the iPhone 5). Apple will force, or should force everyone developers get to work from the presentation of the first Beta of iOS 7, since their Apps will have to be in tune with the new design and functionalities of iOS.
For those of you who do not understand what I mean by the latter, I will give you a simple example that will clear up your doubts; Whatsapp, an application that has been around for a long time. Since its first version it has had a design similar to that of our Contacts agenda and the Messaging application (iMessage). Since then it has hardly changed and really, although many complain, it does not need a change, because what they want is that the App feels integrated with our iPhone. But if this interface change takes place then WhatsApp will have to change its design so that it feels comfortable with the new iOS image, since if it arrives with the usual design it would be shocking to get into "WhatsApp".
