The accused, at the moment still also the alleged perpetrator of the events, José Antonio GC, appeared at the store K-tuin as a "false intermediary" for a solvent communications company in Cantabria in order to place a large order for iPhones, iPads and Mac computers that, according to the magistrate's order, neither paid nor had "any intention of doing so"

In this way, he convinced the manager who advanced the order while the alleged fraudster told him "that he would pay it when he was paid."
But "the company had not made any order to acquire such products," according to the judge's order, "nor had it any relationship with him," as the company's legal representative has stated.
In addition, several people who were going to buy these products have also denounced him since, after paying them also at a lower price than the official price, they have not received it.
The trial has not yet taken place and the defendant has availed himself of his right not to testify, however, I am very afraid that the end does not look too good for this smart-ass.
