Know the time of any country from the menu bar with FlagTimes

FlagTimes

If we work in foreign trade and we usually carry out calls to other countriesIt is necessary, if not mandatory, to know the time in our client's country before making a call (if we also know the customs, even better so as not to call during rest hours). One way to do this is through Google.

However, it is not always the fastest, since it requires us to open the browser and locate the time change. A quick solution for this need is found in the FlagTimes application, an application that is located in the top menu bar and allows us to quickly know the time of the country we want to call.

If we usually make many calls to a specific country, the application allows us to set the time change in the upper menu bar, so that we do not have to go displaying the menu of schedules that integrates the application.

By clicking on the icon that represents the application, we can perform a search in Spanish (even if the application is in English) to quickly find out the time in a country. If the country has several time zones, the application will also show them, so we just have to remember which area of the country corresponds to the time represented by the flag.

The only limit to add flags with the respective country schedules, we find it in the width that reaches until the Help menu of the upper menu bar, so if we have many icons on the right side, the number of flags will be smaller.

The application configuration options allow us select 12 or 24 hour format, in addition to giving us the option to show the day and time, data that is already shown on the right side of the menu bar, so it is necessary unless we have hidden these options through the macOS configuration.

FlagTimes has a regular price of 2,29 euros. At the time of publishing this article it is available for download free of charge. To be able to use this application, our equipment must be managed by OS X 10.11.6 or later and a 64-bit processor. The application is only in English.
