Apple is already prepared for this future. Not only with HomeKit and all its compatibility with home devices, if not already has prepared the new computers with the M1 chip to be compatible with this new Wi-Fi 6 standard.
With this new feature, Macs with M1 become the first computers to support this standard also known as 802.11ax. Seeing the characteristics given by Apple in the information page of the new Macs presented on the 10th, it is not seen that Intel computers are compatible with this new version. In more colloquial language it will mean greater range, faster speeds, lower latency, and expanded network capacity.
