MacBook Air or MacBook?

This is how direct the title of this post is, we want to know your opinions on choosing one of these two Mac models.

One of the dilemmas that Mac users are going to have now is the one that we, the editors of I'm from Mac, ask ourselves with the new MacBook presented by Apple on the 9th and thatto go on sale next April 10. This dilemma is obviously related to the purchase of the new Apple laptop and although it is true that many already have it clear, now we want you to answer the 'simple question' that we ask ourselves. In the case of having to buy an Apple laptop during the next few days, Would you buy the new MacBook or would you go for the MacBok Air?

Taking into account that you already had in mind the option to buy a MacBook Air, with the release of this new MacBook ...

Obviously, the benefits of both are what they are and we know that each user requires specific specifications to perform their own tasks, but the option of this new Mac weighing less than one kilo seems that is wreaking havoc on users looking for portability on their computers.

Personally, I think that the new MacBook can be a good option for many users compared to the MacBook Air, the problem in this case I see it related to the dual-core Intel Core M that these teams mount, which although they surely work very well, is They may fall short for some tasks despite the great resource optimization and other charms of OS X.

Ultimately, Which of the two models would you choose?

definitely the macbook is for someone who needs more than an ipad, but less than a macbook air or macbook pro. I would substitute my 11-inch macbook air for a macbook, just to carry it around without having to lug around the retina macbook pro.

None, at the moment, I think that to try to simplify, innovate and minimize the equipment, the way one works currently requires certain components within the equipment and in addition to buying the equipment, buying adapters so that the "usb" ports work I think it gets more complicated in the same way you have to add things to it.

At the moment I am staying with my current team for a couple more years

The line that separates the macbook from the MB Air is increasingly tenuous, so much so that I dare to say that the Macbook is the prelude to what Apple's laptops will be, eliminating the MB Air from the market and focusing on two ranges, Macbook and MBP, thus returning to the past (or could we say back to the future?). The new Macbook has blown me away, so I'll go for one… fixed.

I would not buy any of the 2, I prefer more the macbook pro for the power they know how to carry with them

A macbook Air with more screen, more USB ports, backlit apple, ... against a macbook that only incorporates a new smaller size, the pijeria is in the golden color cava and with a new adapter that people will take to have in abundance ... this of course which one I would opt for.

Definitely the MB Air, I think that the future will be the fusion of air and Pro, to get a small MB like the air and speaker like the pro (high-end), and the MB will be the access line to the brand as was the white MB made of polycarbonate.
