ARM MacBooks could arrive sooner than we think

MacBook Air closed

We keep going around with the rumors about the arrival of ARM processors in Apple computers. A few weeks ago it has been repeatedly said that the new processors will arrive from next year on some MacBook models.

In this case, what we have clear is that Apple will not say anything officially until the moment of its launch, but it is evident that the leaks about its arrival are increasingly insistent and finally what we have on the table with «problems with Intel »And others, suggest that soon we will have these changes.

Entry models would be the first to mount ARM

We have always defended the power of Intel processors and how well they work in Macs, so it is not expected at least in the early stages that the most powerful Apple computers mount these ARM processors. We have always defended that the first to do so will be the entry models and this will surely end up being this way.

Apparently we are going to see the first MacBook based on Apple's Arm earlier than expected as well as some experts are pointing out and the new processor of these teams would be based on the A14 chip that will be used directly in the new iPhone 12 model that Apple will present this year, although according to sources it would be a processor improved with more energy efficiency and noticeably faster.

It is time to continue seeing rumors and this change would be really big for Apple, since it is not about adding a processor and that's it, they have to be in sync with the rest of the computer hardware and with the operating system which in this case is macOS. We will see how long it takes to implement it, although it seems that it will be sooner than we think.

It seems perfect to me that Apple uses its ARM processors with MacOS, which in addition to power etc etc, we will finally have (so I hope) processors in Macbooks that do not burn your legs when you have them on top.
