If you do not have a newer apple laptop, you only have some multitouch when using two fingers to do the right button and scroll (Configuring it in the system preferences panel), but you do not have to rotate photos (at least as standard ) nor for things like those that can be seen in this video:
It seems that with a simple isight pointing to a plastic bag with a capita of colored water and a software you can do all that you have seen.
