Microsoft Edge browser will not be available for OS X

While it is true that Safari, Chrome, Firefox and other browsers are compatible with OS X today, it was clear at Microsoft's BUILD 2015 that the guys from Redmond did not vstill letting Mac users use the 'replacement' of Microsoft Explorer, at least for now. The company itself baptized the browser as, Microsoft Edge and this one has a renewed design with several and interesting improvements on the now obsolete and left of the hand of God, Explorer.

The funny thing about all this is not that it leaves OS X users without the possibility of using the new browser, what is really remarkable is that users who do not want to upgrade to Windows 10 and want to stay in Windows 7, they won't be able to use it either. Obviously, it cannot be used on devices with iOS, Linux or Android devices, at least officially.

Many of you may be thinking that it is not necessary to have Edge on the Mac either since the options we have available today are enough, but users who have a small reference about this renewed browser called Edge, know perfectly well that it could be interesting to add to the list of browsers in our dock. This exclusivity seems a bit strange to us and obviously they will know the reason for not expanding it to other systems, but would be a good boost to advance ranks in the browser wars.

At the moment the new browser that comes from the hand of Microsoft Explorer (which does not disappear) It can be used in Windows 10 and in all devices that can run this new Microsoft operating system. No one can claim that in time they will make it compatible with the other existing operating systems, but for the moment it will be exclusive for their W10 users.

a great discussion topic for the new IE explorer Spartan (beta) Edge…. however it has always been a flagship of Microsoft and has been exclusive to it. I don't see the point of having one more browser on OS X, being it true, IE Edge works very well on Windows 10, and in its case Safari does the same. so I don't think it necessary to have IE in Edge

but it is that explorer does not exist for mac either, so it is not surprising, but since microsoft launched visual studio for more platforms, it seems to me that the same thing for the explorer.

It is always good to have a choice and in this case it would be nice to be able to use your browser on OS X. It is also what I say in the article, we have many browsers that work well on Mac and you don't need one more, but converting it to multiplatform would beneficial to Microsoft itself.
