Apple just introduced the first devices of this year: the iPhone SE and the 9,7-inch iPad Pro. The latter has not been called as we could expect iPad Air 3 or iPad Mini Pro, despite being exactly a scaled down version of the 12,9-inch iPad Pro that Apple introduced late last year.
In the same keynote we have also been able to see numbers, many numbers and some new nylon straps for the Apple Watch, but absolutely nothing was said about the expected renewal of the Macbook 12 inch. We do not know if in a few days it will update the website with new models or if we will have to wait a few more months.
From what we have seen during the presentation the new 9,7-inch iPad Pro integrates the same A9X processor with M9 motion coprocessor, supports Apple Pencil, offers us a 2.048 x 1.536 solution (the 12,9-inch iPad Pro has a resolution of 2.732 x 2.048), has four speakers, located in the four corners of the device and, as usual, offers us a range of 10 hours.
Likewise, like the older brother, the 9,7-inch iPad Pro will also offer us a smart keyboard that will connect to the iPad through a Smart Connect connection, which provides the necessary energy for its operation. Regarding the camera, the new iPad Pro has a 12 megapixel camera that allows us to record videos in 4k and slow motion up to 240 frames per second, in addition to the famous Live Photos of the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. At the point of the camera it surpasses its older brother that only offers 8 megapixels of resolution to take pictures.
The weight of the device is 437 grams with a thickness of 0,61 cmwhile the 12-inch iPad Pro weighs 713 grams with a thickness of 0,69 cm.

As usual, the iPad will be available in the same colors as the iPhone: Space gray, rose gold, gold and silver.
