The 2018 MacBook Pros have not been presented alone. Hours ago we presented you the first eGPU that Apple sells in its store, and now we tell you the new leather sleeves, designed specifically for MacBook Pros, fit perfectly not only with Apple's minimalist design, but also with its fine style and high quality of its products.
The cover is found in various colors. The negative part of the products is their price. Exclusivity is paid and its price is above the different covers that we find in the market.
Covers are available for both 13-inch and 15-inch models. We can find them in three different colors: matte brown, midnight blue and black. They are made with European leather that fits perfectly with any current MacBook Pro. The detail goes down to holes that appear at the bottom of the case, for the Mac to fit the hard rubber bases of the laptop in the sleeve. At the top, we find the Apple logo.
The opening of the cover is another of its strengths, allows you to insert and remove your Mac without problems. The interior of the sleeve is made with a soft microfiber lining, which starts just below the opening. This opening is made of leather, since it will wear faster than the interior part.
On the outside, the leather is very soft, giving a nice touch every time the Apple case is held. The aesthetics are perfect, so much so that the only question is to know how long the cover will last without suffering external wear. The quality of the leather is good though, and it looks like it will last for years. The drawback of this material is the fall of liquids. On the one hand it is not waterproof, but on the other, the case can deteriorate if it receives a considerable amount of liquids.
Prices are between € 199 and € 229 depending on the version of 13 o 15 inches. This being the only negative part of the briefcase. Today they are only available in the Apple store.
