The new book on the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs is out now. It's about the book: To Pixar and Beyond: My Unlikely Journey with Steve Jobs to make entertainment history, which recounts the story in which Steve Jobs met with Lawrence Levy, the writer of this book, to warn him that he was rethinking the option of going back to Apple and confessing that “I was not sure that Apple could be saved. The last thing he wanted was to go back and be seen as the person responsible for not being able to rescue the company that was sinking without brake "but in the end, as we can all see, he succeeded.

To put you in context a bit, Levy was hired by Jobs to do the job of Pixar's CFO when Pixar was not at its best.  In his book, he details his long and winding path to Buddhism as well as his close relationship with the late Steve Jobs. We also found interesting details about the growth of Jobs, how for example that he learned to work in a more 'collaborative' way and give control to others a little more, Levy explains: 'He did not create the products at Pixar. He was not a filmmaker »...

Levy himself relates that he asked Jobs if he was clear about going back to Apple (remember that at that time Jobs was enjoying Pixar to the fullest) and Jobs' words were clear: "I'm not sure, but I'm going to try." Levy's recently released book recounts part of the work they both did at Pixar and the success of the company that led her to close a purchase deal by Disney, which was a spectacular maneuver in terms of benefits and money That meant for Pixar.

This is the book's sale link but it is obviously in English: To Pixar and Beyond: My Unlikely Journey with Steve Jobs to make entertainment history To take into account for this Christmas.
