OS X Server is updated to version 4.1.5

OSX-server-preview-4.0-yosemite-0

Apple also updated OS X Server yesterday and this time it's about version 4.1.5 to be compatible with OS X Yosemite. This update makes the application compatible with the latest available version of OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 and improves the stability and reliability of MDM commands. Apple usually updates this application along with OS X iOS operating systems, which allows us to share files, schedule meetings, synchronize contacts, develop applications, host a website, publish wikis, configure Mac, iPhone and iPad computers, access remote to a network and much more.

The new version is available since yesterday in the Mac App Store and obviously it is necessary to update our OS X to the new version 10.10.5 to be able to use it. The next version of OS X Server will be for the new OS X El Capitan and Apple will release Server 5.0, so surely and if there are no last minute changes this will be the latest version available for OS X Yosemite. But we are not going to say this too loud that then Apple comes and launches a new version in a couple of weeks.

You can access the new version from the Mac App Store> Updates or from the  menu> App Store ... from where you can update without problem.
