Apple's beta versions for developers have already reached an end with the arrival of the called Release candidate. In this case Apple released a few hours ago the versions of macOS Big Sur 11.2, iOS 14.4, tvOS 14.4 and watchOS 7.3.
In these new versions the bug fixes are its main novelty, stability and security. In them we find few changes with respect to the previous versions and is that Apple is not modifying versions too much once launched the first beta.
Betas released in a more relaxed way
This is a detail that all Apple users are noticing and it is that this year beta versions are coming in a more leisurely way without so much rush for reaching the developers and finally all the users of their products. This can only mean that things are being done well and that there are not so many major errors in them.
Now when we are finishing this first month of January we get this latest beta version waiting for the official versions to be released in the coming days. With a bit of luck we will have them before the end of January, but it is possible that they will be launched now for the first week of February since as we discussed above, Apple lost the rush to launch beta versions.
In macOS Big Sur and iOS there are some problems that it would be important for Apple to solve in the next version, we will see if they did or not. The important thing as we say is that the software works as well as possible and they are focused on this right now in Cupertino.
