Robotek, a different but addictive game for Mac

robotek-0

Today I bring you this small review dedicated to this game that I recently downloaded from the Mac App Store and I tell you this because its approach I found it curious without being anything innovative, if it is quite addictive if you spend enough time. Robotek recovers in its essence a very stylish visual artistic direction Cartoon In other words, cartoons with flat, two-dimensional and quite colorful backgrounds, where the least thing is to impact the player graphically speaking, but rather to hook him based on his proposal.

The game basically consists of turn-based random item combinatorial attacksThe more icons or equal elements you serve, the more damage you will cause. In the end it is similar to an RPG but much less complicated and without any "adventure" to complete, and in its latest version it has added support for Game Center so you can compare the highest scores with your friends.

The game mechanics are based on three different attacks but with a common nexus, kill the enemy. The first of them would be the laser attack which is the default attack at the beginning of the game, the second is the electric attack and finally the microwave attack. These three attacks must be known to dose and combine well throughout the game to be able to win the battles that otherwise we would irretrievably lose.

The game is totally free to download with the only downside that it has purchases inside, but on the other hand you are they do not become indispensable to continue being more like packs that will help us during our games.
