Rumors put Apple in the AR market

As every year, numerous rumors place Apple in virtually every emerging market niche. Once again, the Californian company is being linked with one of the markets that promise further growth in 2017: RA o Augmented Reality.

A report received in November of last year opened the possibility that Apple was interested in making digital glasses. Thanks to Robert Scoble, a popular blogger, this idea has gained traction, echoing information leaked by one of the employees of Zeiss, a German company responsible for the manufacture of optics for digital lenses.

Apparently the employee of the emerging German company, noted that both companies would be working on a pair of "augmented reality glasses." He even dares to predict that it could be launched on the market this year. Others like Bloomerg, defend that their presentation would be extended to next year, 2018.

However, there is no proven information in this regard, and the future of some possible "VR" style glasses from the Cupertino-based company seem, at least for the moment, uncertain. In fact, the most reliable sources refer to this new foray by Apple into a new market niche, as a moment in the "exploration phase."

The first information that comes to us of this new prototype indicates that it would connect wirelessly with the iPhone and that it would show the screen of our mobile in the user's field of vision. Tim Cook has already publicly shown his interest in AR, promoting the capabilities that this technology offers and even suggesting that it has greater potential than virtual reality.

In this way, it is not difficult to think that the company led by Cook tries to move forward and make your own plans in this new tech market. We will look forward to news in this field.
