It was one of the last projects of the disappeared Steve Jobs for which, unfortunately, he was left in a dream. But that dream continues with the firm idea of ​​becoming one of the most desired and envied workspaces in the world. A few months before passing away, Steve Jobs presented the project of new apple campus to the city council of the town of Cupertino, an ambitious project in the form of a "spaceship", close to the current facilities and connected to them through an underground tunnel that, after the corresponding feasibility study and timely submission deadlines, obtained the definitive permit on November 19 by the city council. The design of this new Apple campus is in charge of the famous British architect N awarded the Pritzker and Prince of Asturias Awards for the Arts in 1999 and 2009 respectively. He shares with Jonathan Ive that they both hold the honorary title of Knights of the British Court (Sir Norman Foster). Among others, he is responsible for the communications tower of Collserola, in Barcelona, ​​built on the occasion of the Olympic games held in Barcelona in 1992.

The new Apple campus It will be located on a 71-hectare site where around 13.000 "app-employees" will work (and enjoy).

The entire occupied space will have the 80% of its surface covered by vegetation  thanks to the plantation of 6000 trees which will replace the previous asphalt since the facilities' parking lot will be underground and with capacity for two thousand vehicles. The remaining 20% ​​will be occupied by an immense building of Sqm 260.000, in the form of a ring and four plants.
