As you already know, in Soy de Mac From time to time we make accessory articles that you can use with your Mac computers. In this case we have been seeing in different stores the possibilities that there were in terms of multipurpose backpacks that allow the transport of a MacBook or equivalent in addition to possible photographic material.
After seeing several options on the web, we have chosen the one that we show you in this article. It is the STM Drifter backpack, a multipurpose backpack that is also water resistant. It is a backpack in which we will not only be able to carry the MacBook but we can also carry our 9,7-inch iPad, a reflex camera and other accessories for those devices.
My question arises when I find myself having to take the MacBook, the iPad and the reflex camera with me. As you know, the three products add up to a considerable amount of money and that is why I set to work to find a backpack that meets my expectations. After looking at various options and seeing what the establishments I have close to home have, I have decided on the STM Drifter.
As you can see in the images, it has a large number of pockets and compartments that make each of the devices that I have named you perfectly protected not only against blows but also against possible liquids. Also, in case the rain surprises me it is possible to wrap it in a kind of built-in raincoat.
Analyzing the backpack a little, we have three pockets on the front in which the necessary accessories can be stored, leaving the upper one for location, for example the iPhone. On the sides it has two compartments, one for the possible location of accessories or keys and on the other side a compression pocket in which you can locate a small bottle of water or a small umbrella.
The back of the backpack is very ergonomic and comfortable and has been designed in the style of mountain backpacks. As we have said, in the lower part it has a small pocket from which a waterproof fabric for the rain is taken out that can cover the entire backpack. We continue with the interior of it in which we find a new Internal pocket on the top and inside is divided into compartments from top to bottom to locate the MacBook and iPad.
Its price is about 150 euros, although I have been able to find it for 125 euros for an offer from the establishment where I bought it. The truth is that a whole backpack prepared for the user who needs to carry various devices and, most importantly, well protected.
