We continue with the updates of the Telegram messaging application and this time it has not been more than 3 days since the previous version that we already have another available. At first what we can say is that yes something more rapid or fluid in the application is appreciated as a positive part of this update, but as a negative I have to say that keeps closing unexpectedly when deleting or attempting to delete a message. In any case, the important thing is that they continue to add improvements to Telegram and this is evident seeing the pace of new updates.
Hopefully the app will continue to be polished in the coming weeks, although the bugs are minor. The improvements implemented in this version 2.96 released they are the following:
- The application now hides unwanted recent search results
- The speed when opening chats is improved and the size of the window is modified
- Portuguese localization is added
- They correct errors of the previous version
For many of us, this application has become one of the essentials on the Mac along with Apple's own Messages application. It is true that in this case the Telegram application is not working quite well or 100% as before the complete rewrite in Swift 3.0, but this is something that the application developers will achieve with these updates. Now what we have left is to report these errors that we find and little by little the application will return to the normal update rate, that is, not every three or four days as it is currently doing.
