Apple's AR glasses could add a processor similar to the M1 in Mac

AR glasses

It seems that Apple is clear with its new range of processors and wants all equipment to have it installed inside, at least those that may be useful. In this case the well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo warns of the possibility that Apple adds in these augmented reality glasses a processor very similar to the one mounted on Macs.

Kuo, says in his analysis that the main processor of these glasses will be similar to the M1 chip that Apple introduced for last year's Macs but also another simpler lower-end processor and somewhat less power will handle sensor-related aspects of the device.

This M1 can offer complete independence to glasses

The augmented reality helmets or glasses that are entering these rumors would be totally independent of the iPhone or the Mac, that is, thanks to the incorporation of their own processor, they would not depend on any other device to function. On the other hand, it is said that this device that we have been talking about for a long time could be ready for release by the end of next year. In fact, we have been talking about these augmented reality and virtual reality glasses from Apple for a long time although they have never arrived. These rumors about M1 processors or about the power required by augmented reality helmets are very good since they would offer many options to share apps and others with current Apple devices. We will continue to see rumors ...
