Apple has in the company's watch a system to warn users that they may have a heart problem thanks to the sensor that these incorporate. Well it is possible that if you are watching a football game or some kind of sport that manages to alter your heart rate up to 120 beats per minute after being more than 10 minutes without moving, the alarm will go off.
At least that's what happened to a few fans of the beautiful game in the United States, the American Football League, in which the Minnesota Vikings fought for victory. The alarm of possible heart attack or heart problem jumped in several of them after a touch-down in this frantic match to all those who were wearing the Apple Watch.
If your heart rate stays above a certain number of beats per minute (BPM) when you appear to be idle for a period of 10 minutes, your Apple Watch notifies you. You can turn on heart rate notifications When you open the Heart Rate app or at any other time, for this we have to:
- Open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone.
- Tap the My watch tab, then tap Heart rate.
- Press Elevated heart rate and select BPM.
Clarify that heart rate notifications are only available on the Apple Watch Series 1 or later.

Important notice of Apple Watch
This shows us that this Apple device can save lives if the user who wears it is aware that they may have a problem if they do not relax. The truth is that having 120 beats per minute while standing is something not very normal, so having the Apple Watch capable of letting us know about it is always a good thing. Hopefully all of them are well and continue watching football but with more calm.
The reminders of the BREATH application fail me, I dial 6 or 7 reminders and it does not warn me once or occasionally in a whimsical way. I do not see the cause, neither can they find it in Apple, when I called to notify it we have carried out multiple tests such as restarting the watch, changing the wrist, reinstalling the iPhone watch app, etc. The iPhone and Watch software are up to date. If it happens to someone, I would be grateful if you could communicate it.

In Apple's explanation of how to Use the App: Use the Breathe app - Apple Support, it says:
“If a reminder matches a calendar event, such as an appointment, you are traveling or exercising, or have started a session on your own, your Apple Watch reschedules the reminder. You will receive a reminder shortly after the event ends or when you stop moving. "
Therefore, the reminders or notifications marked or planned must be fulfilled. Before I fulfilled it. Some problem must occur, I guess from the software.
