The FCC certifies a new MacBook Pro

The concrete model of this Certified MacBook Pro officially by the FCC is the A2159 and apparently it could be a new 13-inch team that would replace the current model without Touch Bar, a team that has not been updated for a while, specifically since last year 2017.

The FCC is the Federal Communications Commission, for its acronym in English and is in charge of certifying the products before they officially go on the market, also a few months ago we saw this same model also in the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission. In this case, what interests us is to know what model it really would be and for now it gives the feeling that we could be facing a new 13-inch MacBook Pro.

No big changes are expected in the MacBook Pros

And it is that according to a user of Reddit the team adds a classification between the 13-inch models and this is known by the watts of power, in this case 61W. In the previous MacBook Pro updates, the only computers that were not updated were those that did not have the mythical Touch Bar, so everything seems to indicate that these would be the ones chosen by the company to come out first.

Could we see a 16-inch screen model without Touch Bar? Well, we cannot rule out this option either, although it would be normal for this new equipment to be of a reduced size with some improvements in the processor, RAM and others. In any case, we will have to wait a few more days until the presentation of the new iPhone arrives in September and see if just at that time or even a little earlier, Apple updates us this MacBook Pro that was left in dry dock a few years ago.
