ITunes licensing agreement hides nuclear surprises

If there are curious news categories, I think this would probably be one of those that would take the cake and I say this because recently it has been discovered within the final user license agreements in iTunes, a clause that prohibits using this application for the creation of nuclear weapons.

The question that I have asked myself when seeing this is the following, what could be used from the iTunes code for this purpose? to which I myself have responded instantly, that as is the case with many other user licenses, They have simply placed a nonsense clause to cover any type of use, no matter how crazy it is, as we have already seen and cover themselves on all fronts.

This paragraph hidden within the license is not new nor has it been added a short time ago but dates from 2008 but it has recently been rediscovered in the latest version of the program.

You may not use, nor export or re-export the Licensed Application, except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Licensed Application may not be exported or re-exported (a) to any country on the US exclusion list or (b) to any person designated on the US Department of Commerce list. .UU. Or the US Department of the Treasury or List of Entities. By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use these products for any purpose prohibited by United States law, including, but not limited to, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.

It is clear that no one is going to use iTunes as a nuclear warhead launch, but it is still in my opinion, something quite laughable and curious to end the weekend.
