At the beginning of December we informed you that the last film that tells the life of Steve Jobs, starring Michael Fassbender and who is already in Spain, had been nominated for four Golden Globes. It is clear that although the public has not supported the film, critics do welcome the film about Jobs, under the script of Aaron Soorkin. For a few days, we will not know if it finally wins any of the Golden Globes for which the film was nominated.

This time, the same movie has just received three new nominations, this time for the British BAFTA, the Oscars of British Film. The nominations correspond to the best adapted screenplay, best supporting actress and best leading actor.

Based on the official and authorized biography of Walter Isaacson, the script was adapted by Aaron Soorkin. The nomination for best supporting actress goes to Kate Winslet in the role of Joanna Hoffman, company public relations. The nomination for best actor falls back on Michael Fassbender, who is also nominated for the Golden Globes in the same category, which will have to fight with Eddie Redmayne, Leonardo Dicaprio, Bryan Cranston and Matt Damon, all nominated for the same category.

Danny Boyle has focused on moving the film in the different festivals in order to increase the interest of the film again, since as we all know, it has barely raised just over 10 million dollars since its premiere in the United States, when it had a production cost of 60 million.

Recently Michael Fassbender received the Palm Springs Film Festival Criticism Award. The BAFTA awards will be delivered on February 14 and from Soy de Mac We will inform you of the awards that the latest film about the life of Steve Jobs wins.
