The person in charge of adapting the book for television is Neil Cross with Tom Bissell. Justin Theroux is known for his appearance on the series The Leftovers (HBO) and the series Maniac which is available on Netflix. The producer of this new series for Apple TV is Ruper Wyatt, who in turn will direct the pilot episode.
