The new Apple TV delighted the night of the 31st until ...

A few months ago I presented you with the unboxing the new Apple TV that came into my hands shortly after it was launched in Spanish territory. The first thing I could see when unpacking it was the Siri Remote, one of the most notorious changes in this new version of Apple TV.

I knew that the device itself had also improved but what has really changed the device is the new remote control and the application store that you have at your disposal right now and that has been growing little by little.

Well, days after I got the new Apple TV I made the purchase, online, of a protector for possible falls and the truth is that I am very happy with it since now I can take the Siri Remote without fear of dropping it and turning it into a useless brick.

Another novelty that those from Cupertino included in this new command is the existence of an internal battery that means that the device does not need to change batteries to work. This novelty has not only been included in the Siri Remote and is that Mac peripherals such as the Magic Mouse 2, the Magic Trackpad 2 and the Magic Keyboard also have internal batteries for charging.

However, unlike the Mac, which informs us with a message when the battery of the peripherals is reaching its end, the Apple TV does not and we have to control the battery charge by entering the controls menu of the new Apple. TV. I tell you because at the height of the night the Apple TV remote stopped working and I had to carry it around a bit to continue the party.

For this, what we have to do is access the menu of Settings> Remotes and devices> Bluetooth.

On which website did you get the cover for the Siri remote?

by the way ... to me the "siri remote" does not stop warning (in the upper right corner) the percentage of battery it has left.
    I don't understand about:
"Unlike the Mac, which informs us with a message when the battery of the peripherals is reaching its end, the Apple TV does not and we have to control the battery charge by entering the menu ..."

Hello Serpent, we discussed that because that is what happened to me. Now checking the situation again I have been able to verify that if it is in the interface of a specific application it does not warn it, but if it is on the desktop of the tvOS system it does. Thanks for the note.

I also have the case, very good, and the battery I think only appears when a bluetooth device is paired, anyway there is the possibility of using the remote app while the control is charging.

I have never liked the covers, the only thing I do is be more careful, but what I do want to look for is the tape that is hooked to the ligthing port to play without fear of bowling and that the control does not escape. but I can't find anywhere, I'm talking about the unofficial of course I want some Chinese or something total, it is just a rope that is hooked to the ligthing and has a button the ligthing that clamps it and nothing else and I do not know how the Chinese have not yet manufactured that. If you know or find publishing it, please fight. Thanks.
