After yesterday's hard blow regarding the news that in peripherals for the Macs they have introduced those of Cupertino, we are learning more and more data about them. At first, what made us get in a very bad mood was the arrival of internal batteries to this type of device that are fully encapsulated and that, consequently, When your batteries are damaged, they force us to go through an official store to repair it or buy another unit directly.

On the other hand, there is the location of the lightning connector for charging those batteries in each of the new peripherals, the Magic Trackpad 2, the Magic Mouse 2 and the Magic Keyboard. Although on the keyboard and the trackpad they have located it on the back, on the mouse they only thought of locating the lightning connector at the bottom of it.

All this seen so quickly and without prior notice made more than one user jump the leads and gave free rein to the haters of the block who have not stopped ridiculing these new peripherals. Well, if it seemed little to you, now it comes to light that the new Magic Trackpad 2 will not be able to be used with any Mac. Everything is due to the specifications that Mac must have As for the Bluetooth connection they must have, which must be at least 4.0.

In this way, the Mac that will be able to use it will be the MacBook Air of 2011 or later, the MacBook Pro of 2012 or later, the iMac of 2012 or later, the Mac mini of 2011 or later and attentive ... not a single Mac Pro will be compatible with the new Magic Trackpad 2 if it is not the cylindrical model introduced relatively recently. To this we must add that the computer must work at least under OS X El Capitulan 10.11.

Remember that this new peripheral It has a price of 149 euros, something that we believe becomes excessive. However, we know that basically all these changes should be welcomed and that what users expect, such as the backlighting on the keyboard, does not always come at the time it is expected.

Logical, don't you think? Since the Captain is only compatible with certain equipment, this track pad is also compatible, since it uses force touch and only works with the Captain.
Nor do I see why you complain that it incorporates an internal battery: Yes, you prefer to buy batteries or charge batteries for hours, plus it only lasts 2min.

Pedro, it seems ridiculous to me that, after reading your article, in which you complain about all those things that you comment and about which you are absolutely right, you end up saying that "all these changes should be welcomed." Isn't it absurd for you to conclude that? When Apple gets it wrong, it gets it wrong. And nothing happens to say it; and I say that I am an Apple fanboy.

What I have laughed at when reading OSX El Capitulan hahaha. I think that I prefer said peripherals with this material to having to be aware of batteries ... If it is true that the price ...
