The official Twitter application disappears from Apple Watch

Well after the last update of the official application of the social network Twitter, it has disappeared from the Apple Watch for no apparent reason. It does not seem to be something temporary and it is that nothing has been officially communicated from Twitter about this.

It seems that the update to version 7.8 of Twitter that claimed to fix some problems and errors that did not allow users to upload high resolution photos, has also become the end of this application for the Apple watch. It's time to see the evolution, but for now several hours have passed and it doesn't appear again.

Amazon, eBay or Google Maps were also removed from the clock without notice a long time ago and today they still do not have an application available for Apple Watch users, so it is possible that in this case the app that allowed you to see the Time Line, Recent tweet or checking your account from your wrist has been deleted. It may be the case that they are preparing a new completely renewed version, but the application worked fine and had no major usability problems so everything is quite strange.

Yesterday afternoon another news related to Twitter was launched and that is that the social network will increase the number of characters available to users, it will go from 140 to double, 280 in the near future. This measure is not pleasing to everyone and for now it is a test, but it would soon be underway. Hopefully the app for the clock is also a temporary deletion and will soon be available to Apple Watch users again.
