Production lines start with Apple Watch and AirPods

AirPods and Apple Watch

The controversial DigiTimes medium shows a new episode in the rumor mill this week and that is that according to the medium, Apple factories would be starting with the production of chips for two new Apple Watch and for the third generation AirPods. In this sense, firm ASE Technology, would be in charge of the production and packaging of this important component for its subsequent assembly in the production lines of the Cupertino company.

Little by little the pieces of the puzzles that end up reaching our hands are being put together and that is that the distributors make separately the pieces, components and other parts that then they become part of a single end device, the one that reaches our hands.

It seems that this year we will not have new Apple Watch until the month of October (if things do not change this coming week) so the arrival of this new S6 processor for device will have to wait. This new processor adds considerable improvements in battery consumption and resources, something that seems to be necessary considering the new features that will be implemented in this model related to sleep monitoring and others.

For the third generation AirPods, it will be time to wait a little longer and that is this same report warns that they will arrive during the next year 2021, probably during the first half of the year. This is strange since starting to produce the AirPods right now to launch next year is not a usual move by Apple, but we understand that they could have changed their production strategy or that they could even arrive before the end of this year, we will see what happens. .
