Apple's revolution in homes, Apple TV and HomePod

The leadership of the devices has not lasted Google Home and Amazon Echo And it is that Apple just 24 hours ago gave a new blow on the table making it clear that they can dominate any market they enter. As you may have already read, Apple's new speaker called HomePod is more than a speaker, it is Apple's new sound bet for our homes.

If those of Cupertino have already broken records with the AirPods despite the fact that there is still no stock of them in many places on the planet, now it returns to present a product related to audio and in this case with Siri itself.

The first list of countries in which it will be put on sale are the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, three countries in which the predominant language is English and for now the HomePod only understands us if we speak in English.

We are not talking about another product in the world of music and sound and that is that what Apple offers in its HomePod far exceeds what companies like Google or Amazon currently offer with their equivalents that they already have on the market. Apple has followed in the wake of the Google Home and is that the HomePod it looks more like Google's bet than Amazon's.

However, the design and technology that drives the A8 chip that has the HomePod inside it makes it a speaker for the home that will make a fool of others. We are talking about seven tweeters and a subwoofer to which we add 6 microphones that will be listening at all times around the HomePod.

The HomePod is capable of emitting an object recognition wave so, depending on the distribution of the place where you install it, the sound will be emitted in one way or another. In addition, the Siri assistant will be ready to learn what you like and what you don't like, as well as being directly related to Apple's HomeKit. Do you think Google and Amazon will be able to withstand the great impact that the HomePod is going to give them in December?

If we join this new device to the fourth generation Apple TV with its watchOS, you can sense that Apple wants to change the concept we have of entertainment in our living rooms. They are undoubtedly two very desirable products and they are sure to be installed in millions of homes from December. I'm already perfecting my English and I don't know if I can wait for it to go on sale in Spanish territory.
