Japan, along with the States, China and the United Kingdom, are the countries where more Apple Stores are available to all current or future customers of its products. While in Europe the quota was fulfilled a few years ago and at the moment there is no new opening planned, Japan, one of the most important countries for Apple, will open a new store on December 14.
This new one, the tenth, will open its doors in Kawasaki, it is Apple's first in the city and the fourth in 2019 that undergoes some type of renovation, opening or change its location. This new Apple Store if it places in Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, in a shopping center where there are 280 shops between restaurants shops.
In the heart of this shopping center, we find a square with grass where we usually events and concerts are held with popular artists in the country. The façade of this new store is connected to the central square through an escalator, so you can easily and quickly access the new Apple store in the city without having to go around the mall a lot, something that those who visit it will certainly appreciate it.
The first news related to this store, we met last year, when a large wall hid the construction of the new store. The initial rumors suggested that Apple was behind, rumors that were confirmed shortly after when Apple's job site posted various job offers for Japan's Kanagawa prefecture.
2019 started in Japan, with the closure of the Apple Sendai Ichibancho, Apple's smallest Apple Store in the country. The last Apple Store that opened its doors in the country was Apple Marunouchi, a store that opened its doors last September. Apple Omotesando recently completed renovation works while Apple Fukuoka moved to a new location in order to meet the company's high demand in Japan.
