There are comparisons that are obnoxious, but many media outlets persist over and over again in trying to make performance and speed comparisons of devices that have practically nothing to do with each other. A clear example is in the comparisons between an iPhone and a terminal managed by Android. Both terminals are managed by a different operating system, an operating system that has completely different hardware requirements and needs. The only aspect in which they can really be compared is in the aesthetics of the terminal and its weight. Other types of comparisons make no sense wherever you look.
