Theoretically the iPhone 7 is faster than any MacBook Air

MacBook Air 2016-thinner-0

There are comparisons that are obnoxious, but many media outlets persist over and over again in trying to make performance and speed comparisons of devices that have practically nothing to do with each other. A clear example is in the comparisons between an iPhone and a terminal managed by Android. Both terminals are managed by a different operating system, an operating system that has completely different hardware requirements and needs. The only aspect in which they can really be compared is in the aesthetics of the terminal and its weight. Other types of comparisons make no sense wherever you look.

I don't know if you agree with me, but today we show you the last stupid comparison that has been published, in which according to the Geekbench score the latest iPhone model with eThe A10 Fusion processor far outperforms the most powerful MacBook Air that Apple has released. WTF?

geekbench-iphone-7

The most powerful MacBook model that the company has launched on the market, it arrived in 2015 and is powered by an Intel Core i7 that offers a score of 5.630 according to Geekbench. But if we make the comparison with a single core, we can see how the iPhone 7 reaches 3.261 while the MacBook Air does not exceed 3.000 points, 2989 to be exact.

If the processors used in iPhones really offer us a higher performance than those offered by Intel in Macs Why doesn't the company completely abandon Intel and start building its own processors in its Macs? What is clear is that managing a mobile operating system is not the same as managing a complete operating system. Hence, I still do not see any sense in this type of news.
