Tim Cook meets British Prime Minister to discuss Brexit

Since last Sunday, the head of Apple, Tim Cook, has been traveling to several European countries such as France, Germany and England. Last Sunday Tim Cook walked through some Apple Stores located in Marseille, to later visit Paris and meet a haute couture designer who has created the entire new collection with the iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil. Later, he went to Germany to visit the supplier of all the components made of wood in all its Apple Stores. His trip to Europe ended in England where last Wednesday received an honorary award in science from the University of Glasgow.

After his journey through European lands, Tim Cook has managed to meet with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Theresa May. Tim Cook wanted to show his concern about the damage that Brexit can cause for his company considering that the United Kingdom is one of its main markets. Tim Cook was speaking with Theresa about the future plans that Apple has in the country, plans that can be greatly affected by Brexit, as it could have a serious economic impact for the company.

As we can read in Business Inisder, the conversation between the two was related to Apple's plans in the country, Brexit and the current situation in the United Kingdom. Keep in mind that for a few months Apple is working on new offices that will serve all of Europe and will be located in London. The departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union could ruin this Apple plan, although it seems that from London, they are convinced that the European Union will let them leave with the conditions that they want, something that from the European Union have denied, since London only wants the good of being in the European Union not all that it implies.
