Tim Cook's speech has been honored to be the opening of the celebrations and in it, mention has been made of the very special circumstances that have marked this academic year due to the global pandemic. In fact, this is the first time something like this has happened in the 150-year history of Ohio University.
Tim Cook has stressed that this situation must determine the future of students. They should carry with pride all the effort made in these last months of Distance University. Not as a regret and yes as something that reinforces the principles and courage of each of the students.
