Try the collaborative text editor Strike, based on Markdown

We have many text editors on the market. Strike is a new batch text editor, as it is based on Markdown, it can even be used as a WYSIWYG editor. The least satisfying part of this editor is the looks. It is closer to a note app than a full text editor.

However, it has two strengths: First, the organization of the documents, regarding the structure is very favorable. Being able to carry an order of the points in the bar on the left. Secondly, options for sharing the text.
For the first point, in the left part has a space where the titles and subtitles are ordered in the document. The order is hierarchical, with a visual scrolling, it is possible to locate and highlight what we are looking for. We have seen this option in the most complete and comprehensive text editors. However, Strike was born as a simple and minimalist processor, with the intention of not complicating the writer's life too much. It contains only what you need to write without complications. Therefore, it is rare to see this type of structure in lightweight applications, although in this case the developers are to be appreciated. Working with this function allows you to gain a lot of productivity. Just by clicking on a point, it automatically takes you to this part of the text and you can edit it immediately. Also, during quick reading of the document, the titles are colored for better identification.

Another very interesting function is the possibility to insert a keyword in the text. By entering a # followed by the keyword, Strike will take it as a label. The application collects all the keywords again in the left bar.

Finally, we find the collaborative function, the application is fully integrated into macOS and therefore, the sharing method is the same as in iCloud. This system is not completely refined, but it is a Beta version, therefore work is being done to solve it.
