Our smartphones are a window for many different things than what we usually do on a regular basis, such as airline tickets, t, and much more. And it seems that the UK is considering the possibility of at least leaving a driving license on their phone. The general director Oliver morley from the country's 'Vehicle Driver Licensing Agency' (DVLA) or in English 'Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency', recently tweeted an image showing a driver's license in the Apple Wallet application, and right next to it a Mastercard payment card stored in the Apple Wallet. Then I leave you the tweet where the image was displayed.

Morley later confirmed that the card stored in the Apple Wallet it's just a prototype at this point, and there is no short-term thought to pitch the idea. He also said that while the card is stored in the Apple Wallet, this it is not a substitute for a license real driving, but an "add-on."
This is not the first time that a digital version of a driver's license has been seen on a smartphone. Again in 2014, Iowa had plans to roll out digital driver's licenses, which would be available at a dedicated app on iPhones. There is pilot program for this initiative, and the company that works with the government in Iowa is also in talks with 20 additional states to roll out the same idea. In the future I see myself without a card holder, something quite useful the truth.
