I am not going to go into the uses that each one can give to this utility, so I am simply going to limit myself to saying how good this application has and the limitations that it unfortunately also has.
If you had your illusions with this application to unlock PDF files with an opening password, I am afraid that you will continue to be disappointed as before, since this program works to unlock the editing and printing permissions in PDFs that have a password for it.
The program is free and has a totally fancy interface, adorned incidentally with some interesting visual effects.
