New features include a wide variety of bubble effects, possibility of issuing our reactions about texts or photos that have been sent to us, full screen effects such as fireworks, balloons, shooting star, and other features. How to use bubble effects in Messages
Currently there are four different types of bubble effects. All of them can be added to any text, image, etc. that we are going to send to our contacts. The idea is to reflect a certain state of mind along with the content of the message in question. These four bubble effects are:
- Force
- Grito
- Smoothness
- Invisible Ink
Each of them will change the way in which the bubble containing the message is delivered to the recipient.
How are the effects available?
El "force" effect, for example, it enlarges the size of the chat bubble and delivers it at once on the screen; imagine that it is something like banging on the table. On the other hand, the "scream" effect, enlarges the chat bubble and makes it shake for a few seconds before returning to its normal state.
El "softness" effect Makes circumscribed text within the chat bubble small for a few seconds before expanding to normal size. Meanwhile he "invisible ink" effect it completely hides the message, whatever type it is, and it will only be visible as the recipient of the message slides their finger over it.
Let's see how to use these new bubble effects in Messages in iOS 10:
- Open the Messages app and select a conversation or start a new conversation.
- Write a message.
- In the iPhone 6s or 6s Plus, as well as 7 and 7 Plus, use some pressure force on the blue arrow located to the right of the text box to make the bubble effect options appear.
On earlier iPhones or iPads, simply hold your finger on the arrow for a couple of seconds to bring up the bubble effect options. - Select one of the bubble effect options and you can see a preview of what your receiver will see.
- Press the blue arrow to send the message with the chosen effect.
How to use full screen effects
The bubble effects change the appearance and behavior of the bubbles where the messages we send are included. Conversely, screen effects temporarily alter the appearance of all screen messages with full-screen animations that can be listened to along with the text messages that are sent.
To use these effects in full screen, you just have to follow the following steps:
- Open the Messages app and select a conversation or start a new conversation.
- Write a message.
- In the iPhone 6s or 6s Plus, as well as 7 and 7 Plus, use some pressure on the blue arrow located to the right of the text box to bring up the bubble effect options and the Screen Effect menu.
On older iPhones or iPhones, just hold your finger on the arrow for a couple of seconds to bring up the bubble effect options and the Screen Effect menu. - The default option is Bubble Effects. Tap on "Screen Effects" at the top of the screen to switch to this mode.
- Swipe left and right to scroll through the different options.
- When you have selected the desired effect, press the blue arrow to send your message. It will be delivered to the recipient as a full screen animation.
