View-Master VR Starter Pack available in the American store

It seems that Apple does not want to waste time when we talk about virtual reality and although it is true it is something that already exists in the market, we are facing the first accessory intended directly for this technology for which it seems that the boys of Cupertino will bet in the not too distant future.

For now we have to say that it is not something manufactured or designed by Apple, but these VRs are fully compatible with the different iPhone models. In principle we are not facing something new, we are facing the first augmented reality glasses that are sold directly on the Apple website, but how do we say in the title, at the moment only available in the American store.

The list of devices compatible with these View-Master Virtual Reality, are the following:

  • iPhone 5
  • iPhone 5c
  • iPhone 5s
  • iPhone 6
  • 6 iPhone Plus
  • iPhone 6s
  • 6s iPhone Plus

It seems strange to us that Apple does not add the iPod Touch to this compatibility, but in the list of devices compatible with glasses they do not appear, so there is a reason why. In the header video you can see more or less how these glasses work, it is necessary to download one of the View-Master applications, buy one of the video packages sold separately and insert the iPhone into the glasses to enjoy the show.

The price of the View-Master VR in the United States is $ 29,95 and has enough stock since they are ready to be shipped in 3-5 days. Let's hope that Apple extends the sale of these glasses to the rest of the online web (I'm not talking about the physical stores anymore) for the rest of the countries.
