Week without betas for Macs and iOS devices

beta

This week has been a bit strange in terms of everything that happened in Cupertino. The firm has launched a couple of somewhat strange replacement programs with the iPhone, has eliminated the position held by Sal Soghoian, an employee of the firm for almost 20 years and in charge of Applescript and Automator among others. The truth is that it has been a somewhat strange week and leaving this news aside We have not seen the typical beta versions of the different operating systems macOS Sierra, iOS, watchOS and tvOS.

It is Friday and we have not seen any news regarding the beta versions for developers of any of the operating systems that Apple currently has, something strange when weekly we saw the launch of a new version regardless of whether it added many or few changes compared to the previous version.

Now they will not launch any more beta until next Monday or Tuesday when they can launch a GM version of the different operating systems. What is true is that we do not believe that there will be two weeks without new versions for the developers, so this week we can say that it is unusual in this sense. On the other hand, it is true that there is nothing that forces the Cupertino company to launch beta versions weekly, far from it, but it seems strange to us that it does not launch them when we are used to receiving a good handful of versions for a while. now weekly.

We suppose that this coming week if new versions will arrive and if the final versions arrive, then better for everyone, but for now there are not many major performance complaints or bugs that need to be fixed, at least on macOS Sierra.
