Will February be the month of the new second-generation AirPods?

Our colleague Jordi Giménez told us this morning if we were in the week when Apple was finally going to put on sale the long-awaited HomePod speaker. If you have followed the news closely, you will know that it has already been leaked that more than a million units are on the way to Apple from the assembly factory and that, finally, the FCC has already approved Apple for its sale.

All this indicates that, indeed, everything has to be "on the verge of snow." However, my humble opinion is that we will still have to wait at least one more week. I think that all the Apple movement is going to take place in the first week or two of February.

As you may already know, Apple is closely following everything that has to do with the DJI company of drones and stabilized cameras. You will know that these products are sold in the Apple Store and that DJI only talks about Apple products in their ads. All this shows a very close relationship between the two companies that I have commented on other times, coming to believe that one depends on the other. Remember that DJI has released the Mavic Pro Alpine Drone in white by Apple.

Well, tomorrow, January 23, there is a worldwide expected event in New York to present something very big by DJI so we don't think Apple is going to step on the presentation of their products and we know that when those from Cupertino take a step they manage to monopolize all the media.

On the other hand, I also want to comment that next to the HomePod I'm sure the second generation AirPods will arrive, headphones that were already seen at the presentation of the iPhone X and nothing is known about them yet. They would have a case that will charge by induction like the new iPhones and improvements in sound production.
