How to work with tabs in native macOS applications

Today we are going to show you a mode of operation included in the Mac system that will allow you to increase your productivity by using the native applications that it itself MacOS has as standard. If you notice, when we open the Safari browser one of the things we can do is create tabs that allow us to have several web addresses open at the same time.

Well, Apple software engineers, those who are improving version after version of the system have included a new tabbed operation for certain native applications such as the Maps application.

It can be very common that at any given moment you need to make different roughnesses in the Maps application and if you look at how the application window is, you will see that there is nowhere to be able to do different searches. That you do not see a Safari style window does not mean that you can not do it and it is that if we go to the top menu of the maps application and click on View> Show Tab Bar, the app window is enriched and a system of tabs appears at the top, as in the Safari app.

From there, on the right side appears the sign "+" and each time we press on it, we are given the possibility of making a new abruptness, being able to have several locations located at the same time and asnillos, not having to throw any of them to look for another. This mode of operation can be verified in other Apple applications and it is being implemented in each version in new apps.

As you can see, the Mac system is very powerful but many of the functionalities are hidden or you have to look for them more than necessary. Now you just have to try what I have explained in this article and increase your productivity with the system.
