Xiaomi has held a few hours ago an event to present its new line of smartphones, an event that has taken the opportunity to present some accessories, among which we have to highlight one wireless charging dock that works just like the AirPower would if Apple had released it.
The Asian firm claims that it started working on this charging base the same day that Apple canceled the project, two years ago. This clone of the AirPower offers us an almost identical design, somewhat less rounded and includes 19 charging coils so that users can place the devices anywhere on the base.

Many have been the charging bases that simulate the AirPower, however, these include two fixed positions where to place the devices to charge in addition to a fixed point for the Apple Watch, such as those offered by the manufacturer Nomad for almost 150 euros.
