Previously, it was enough to fill in the name, address and email fields to make such an appointment, but this measure has been taken quite possibly to avoid giving other people's data or false data simply in addition to further specify the 'ecosystem' Apple, provide better customer service and reduce unexpected appointments as much as possible.

With each passing day these changes are being noticed more, with the inclusion not within much of the 'AppleCare +' guarantees in Spain, 24/7 technical support with the redesigned AppleCare website and its live chat although unfortunately not available here yet. Even so, everything changes and although they are nuances and new services with a dropper, everything as a whole suggests a different and different Apple that little by little is changing its policies and ways of doing business.
